Order Alterations
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately at hello@feelifypets.com as our team begins working on your illustration right away. Depending on the nature of the changes, our operations and design teams will assess the feasibility. If the changes are possible, we will gladly make them happen. We offer free unlimited design revisions for the pet illustration to ensure your complete satisfaction throughout the process. Learn more about our Design Review Guidelines here.
Partial Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order before it has entered production, we can offer a partial refund. We will deduct half the cost of each item plus $15.00 from the total refund amount. If your order has entered production, we cannot offer any refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can arise. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please follow these steps:
1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@feelifypets.com
2. Provide Photos: Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your email to help us assess the issue promptly.
3. Replacement: Once we receive your report and photos, we will replace the damaged or incorrect item immediately.
Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
At FeelifyPets , our dedicated artists immediately begin designing your pet's unique illustration as soon as your order is placed. Each product is personalized and meticulously crafted to meet our high standards. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges once an order is submitted.

Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates, and while we strive to meet them, delays can occur beyond our control. We work closely with our couriers to ensure timely delivery. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for shipping delays.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
